Sorry, I just keep getting later and later about these Month updates
Here are some of the new things Jacob is doing:
He has been army crawling for a whole month, he's getting really good at it.
He figured out how to get from his tummy to a sitting position.
He started eating Cheerios and other finger foods.
He figured out how to hold his sippy cup.
He is starting to climb on things, mainly mommy.
He stopped playing with his tongue =( it was so cute!
He's decided that he does not like winter squash and loves pears.
He will give you "raspberries" hee hee.
He's discovered doors and cupboards and loves to open and close them.
He also discovered the door stop and loves to make noise with it.
He has grown attached to a certain book and it always makes him smile.
He tries to clap his hands.
He shakes his head "no" I don't think he knows what it means.
We think he's trying to wave, he doesn't always do it.
He dashes for the front door and the fridge when ever they are opened.
When he's in a silly mood, you can really get him going with laughter if you blow on his sides and belly, that sort of thing.
He bites EVERYTHING! There are bite marks pretty much on everything in our house. Including this low window seal, he bites chunks of paint off and I have to hold him down to clean his mouth out and sometime I miss a few paint chips and they end up in his diaper... not good!
He pulls the curtains that cover the sliding glass back door and ruins them. We haven't figured out how to make those baby proof. So we have to chase him away every day.
He loves to chew on cell phones and TV remotes. Needless to say we try our best to keep those away.
He sometimes gives kisses. Always open mouth, we are still working on that.
He loves being outside or looking outside and watching birds.
